Costs for exhibit booths are:
- Premium Booths: $1,250 for RCA members ($1,400 for non-members); includes full conference registration and meals for one person ($600 value), subsequent exhibit staff registrations $550 for all venues and meals
- Regular Booths: $1,100 for RCA members ($1,250 for non-members); includes full conference registration and meals for one person, subsequent exhibit staff registrations $550 for all venues and meals

Each booth space includes one draped table and two chairs. If you require electricity in your booth, please bring your own extensions cords . Alternatively, extension cords may be rented from PSAV, the hotel’s A/V service provider. Please contact PSAV Audio Visual at 403.522.1664 or jmstelter@psav.com if you need to rent extension cords.
